I was excited to learn that the Texas Book Festival was the weekend after we moved into our new home. (As many of you know, I am a sucker for a good book!) my husband and I spent both Saturday and Sunday on Nov 1st and 2nd attending author sessions and browsing book tents. It’s incredible to discover how many talented writers are out there that we had never heard of before. Suffice it to say we learned a lot in those two days and it was entertaining as well.
Here is a glimpse of what we saw:
Supreme Courtship by Christopher Buckley Mother on Fire by Sandra Tsing Loh Practically Posh by Robyn Moreno Slob Proof by Debbie Weiner Click: What Millions of People are Doing Online and Why it Matters by Bill Tancer Texas Hill Country: A Food and Wine Lover’s Paradise by Terry Thompson-Anderson (I had to throw a Texas one in there!)
My book, Beauty in Broken Dreams: A Hopeful Handbook for the Early Years as a Special Needs Parent, is now available on Amazon!
