[God] has made all things beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

This blog is inspired by this verse, "He has made all things beautiful in its time." (Ecclesiastes 3:11) It reminds me to look for beauty in life even when it doesn't turn out exactly how I hoped or imagined.

Maybe that resonates with you? Maybe, like me, the dreams you had for your child were shattered by disability or illness. Maybe it's something different like divorce, financial disaster, or some other disappointment, big or small.

Life rarely turns out as we expect, but it doesn't mean it isn't still beautiful.

My hope is that even in the midst of the messiness and unexpected challenges of your life, you will find beauty, hope, and ultimately God right there with you. It is to this end I write.

Together, let's seek hope and beauty in the midst of what turns out to be different, hard, scary, or seemingly hopeless. Though our earthly lives are far from perfect, they are still divinely beautiful; a reflection of what's to come.
